訂位須知

CEO1950親愛的朋友們，我們希望與您分享本餐廳的規定。在您訂位之前，請先詳細閱讀以下資訊，如有任何疑問，請加入官方Line@「@ceo1950」，享有專人一對一回覆，感謝您的配合與諒解！

★營業日：週二～週六
午餐: 12:00～14:30
晚餐: 18:00～22:00
➜平日中午提供午間套餐（國定假日除外），其餘時段提供主廚套餐

★店休日：週日＆週一
如遇特別節日或活動規劃將另行公佈營業時間與店休日

★訂位開放時間
線上訂位系統開放三週訂位時間（以可選按日期為主）

★訂金支付
一、訂位人數 1~6人：
以信用卡「預先授權」方式，酌收每人新台幣800元之定金（不會直接扣款）

二、訂位人數 7~12人：
需給付總用餐金額之20%定金（直接付款）；預約後需於24小時內完成付款，逾時未付款則取消預約，不另行通知。需加入官方Line@帳號「@ceo1950」，由專人為您服務

★注意事項
1.每人低消一份套餐
2.素食者僅提供蛋奶素（請告知是否忌口蔥薑蒜、酒、吉利丁），需於用餐日三天前預訂
3.為維持用餐品質，人數到齊才一併出餐
4.餐廳恕不接待六歲以下孩童，且不提供兒童座椅，六歲以上兒童如需三道式兒童套餐，請於三日前使用電話訂位，須達基本消費

★飲食需求
餐點設計為主廚期望傳達之完整理想呈現，依當季時令提供海鮮、生食、內臟、乳製品...等相關食材。如有任何過敏或忌口食材請務必於用餐日前三天營業日告知，若以線上訂位方式請填寫於備註欄，並留下可連絡之手機號碼，餐飲部同仁會撥空致電與您聯繫，用餐當日恕不更換餐點內容

★自備酒水
酒水服務費酌收NT$800/瓶（自帶酒杯亦正常收取）

★慶祝活動
1.餐廳提供慶生／週年蛋糕（$200+10%），尺寸為2.5～3吋，需於訂位日前三天預訂，口味依當季食材製作無法挑選
2.因冷藏設備空間有限，自帶蛋糕若超過6吋無法冷藏，敬請見諒

★私人包場和特別活動
可提供私人活動包場，需於兩個月請前來電02-2592-6692，或加入餐廳官方Line@「@ceo1950」，享有專人服務

★打包或外帶
為呈現新鮮的餐點及美好的用餐體驗，更希望能增加大家的環保意識，建議所有餐點均在店內享用

★其他
1.禁帶外食／飲品
2.所有消費均需另計10%服務費
3.恕不接受寵物入內（導盲犬除外)
4.本餐廳有權更換菜單
5.午餐12:00P.M開始營業; 12:00P.M開門／晚餐18:00P.M開始營業; 18:00P.M開門

6.取消或變更訂位之辦法：
【訂位人數 1~6人】
一、用餐日三天前（72小時）：由本餐廳取消信用卡「預先授權」，不會收取任何費用
二、用餐日三天內（72小時）：由本餐廳自信用卡「預先授權」額度中，依減少或取消人數扣除100%全額定金，恕不退還及保留
三、用餐日當天座席將保留15分鐘，逾期未到者，本餐廳得取消您的訂位，並自信用卡「預先授權」額度中扣除100%全額定金，恕不退還及保留。

【訂位人數 7~12人】
一、顧客解約通知於預定消費日期前0～9日內；應負擔訂金之100%為取消費用
二、顧客解約通知於預定消費日期前10～19日內；應付擔訂金之50%為取消費用
三、顧客解約通知於預定消費日期20日前；不收取取消費用

Lunch 12:00 to 14:30

Closed on Sunday and Monday.

Reservations
• We only accept reservations within 3 weeks prior to your desired date.
• All ingredients are prepared according to the number of guests each day. To prevent unnecessary food waste and provide the perfect dining experience, please specify any allergies (including alcohol), or foods that you cannot eat. Requests for changes to ingredients must be made 3 days in advance of the day of your visit.
• On-line reservation is for 1~6 people.
• Party over 6 or special arrangement, please contact us via phone or official Line for reservation.
• Kindly note that there will be a cancellation charge of NT$800 per person if cancellation is made in less than three days. (1-6 guests)
• Lunch menus on weekdays lunch hours (excluding National holidays).
• Chef’s menu is served all other periods.
• Minimum order policy: One set menu per guest.
• Children under 6 years old are not accepted.
• Special 3 course Children menu are provided by contacting us 3 days in advance.

Corkage fees:
• NT$800 per bottle. (Similar fee applies for guests bringing their own glasses)

Special occasions:
• We offer a 2.5 to 3 inches cake (NT$200 + 10%) for birthdays and anniversaries. Please notify us 3 days in advance. The flavor of the cake will be based on seasonal ingredients and will not be changeable.
• Due to our limited refrigerating space, we are unable to help preserve any cakes over the size of 6 inches.

Closed parties and events:
• We host closed parties and events. Please contact us one month in advance for reservation.

Other:
• In order to provide the best dining experience, we will only start the tasting menu after all the guests arrive.
• No outside food and drinks.
• No pet allowed other than guide dog.
• Dress code: smart casual.
• We reserve the right to change the menu for any unforeseen issues.
